Our cottage bakery is a dedicated gluten free space and no gluten containing food is prepared in our kitchen. We noticed a lack of dedicated gluten free bakeries, so we decided to meet that need. Having celiac does not keep us from enjoying delicious food. There is no reason to feel left out anymore.

What is in a bakery box?
Each bakery box will contain a variety of 3-5 different bakery items such as cookies, cupcakes, bundt cakes, decorate-your-own kits, and more. You will receive approximately 10-15 treats per month depending on the size of the items (large monster cookies vs mini or regular size cookies, for example).
What ingredients do you use in the CD Farms Florida bakery box?
We have tried just about every gluten free flour out there and we have found that GF Jules All Purpose Gluten Free Flour is the best. It's what we use in our home, and it's what we use in our bakery box for you too! Because we use GF Jules flour, our baked goods are never tough or gritty. We also make our own vanilla extract and vanilla paste from Grade A fair trade vanilla beans. You can taste the difference! Our motto at CD Farms Florida is "You deserve food this good!" so we only use the very best ingredients we can find. Any other mixes, chips, chocolates, sprinkles, or other add-in ingredients are either labeled gluten free, or are verified as gluten free in communication with the manufacturer. At this time we choose not to use oats in our recipes due to concerns about cross contamination.
When will I be billed and when will my bakery box ship?
Subscriptions will be billed after midnight on the first day of the month and will usually be shipped on the second week of the month. Your very first subscription will be billed immediately, but then you will be billed on the first of the month for the rest of your subscription. If your subscription is started after the first of the month, you will receive the next month's box. (Example: Subscribe in January to get your first box in February.) Local delivery will usually be on the second Monday or Wednesday of the month. You will recieve an email from us when your box ships.
Why did you start your bakery box?
When Tracy was diagnosed with celiac, it was almost impossible to find any gluten free treats, or even gluten free flour. Over a decade later, things have come a long way, but there is still a lack of dedicated gluten free bakeries. We love to feel included, and we want to invite you to join us in enjoying some delicious gluten free cookies and treats from our cottage bakery.
Can I buy a one-time bakery box?
Occasionally we will offer a one-time purchase of our bakery box, usually for holidays. When you check out, the cart says you are creating a recurring subscription, but if you are buying a one-time bakery box, it is set to automatically cancel after the first purchase. You will not receive recurring charges. This is just the automated language for our web store platform. Please email us with any questions or concerns.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes you can - just log in to your account and manage your subscription there. Just remember all changes need to be made prior to the monthly subscription renewal, so be sure to make changes BEFORE the end of the month.
