FAQ, Disclosures, and Policies

 

Pricing & Availability
All products are quoted in $US dollars. Shipping and sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your total purchase price. We make every effort possible to have our items correctly priced and have their stock quantities up-to-date, but occasionally this information may be incorrect.  If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you of this.  At this point, you can choose to pick a similar item or cancel your order for a full refund. Subscriptions must be paid on the 1st day of each month to be eligible for the montly shipment. If a subscription invoice isn't paid by the 2nd day of the month (due to credit card errors, or other payment issues), your invoice for the month will be forgiven and the subscription will be paused until the next month. In the event that payment issues continue for a second month, the subscription will be canceled. Customers can pause or cancel subscriptions any time using the link provided below.


Shipping, Local Delivery, and Local Pick-Up
Most orders are shipped through UPS.  You will receive an email from us when your item ships.  We work hard to package your bakery box so that items arrive safely.  Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt.  If any damage has been found, please email pictures to info@cdfarmsflorida.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help you file an insurance claim for your shipment.

 

If your order is being delivered by us via local delivery, please make sure you have a cooler or a cool place to place your bakery items. We will typically be delivering during business hours. 

 

If local pick-up is chosen, you agree to pick-up orders within the time frame given. Late pick-up will not be available. Failure to pick-up orders means a cancelation of the order with no refund. Be sure to choose delivery, pick-up, or shipping with this in mind.

 

Returns & Refunds
PLEASE NOTE – subscriptions, presales, custom orders, and pork and beef are not returnable and food sales are final.

 

Cancelling your CD Farms Florida Bakery Box or Produce Box Subscription
We’re sad to see you go!  If you need to cancel your subscription or membership, please visit https://www.subbly.co/account/auth/login?store=cd-farms-florida and fill out the form to cancel your membership.  You can also update your payment method, update your billing & shipping address via this link.  Please note – cancellation requests must be received before the subscription renews.  If a subscription is cancelled after the renewal time, cancellation will be in effect for the following month.
